Founded by Sophie, Soasana offers a judgment-free space where everyone can benefit from yoga. Natural floors, wooden walls, and large windows bring nature inside, while soft lighting and small classes create a calm, grounded, and personalised atmosphere.
Our diverse classes - from Yin and Ashtanga-inspired to Restorative and Pre-/Postnatal Yoga - welcome all levels. With ten teachers offering individual guidance, Soasana is a space where everyone can practise yoga mindfully, regardless of background, body, or life situation.
