Sophie is the founder of Soasana Yoga, and a qualified RYT® 500 Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher. Yoga transformed her life, helping with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Her mission is to create an inclusive, judgment-free space where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga.

Anastassia, our vibrant community butterfly at Soasana, teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Breathing. She began her mindfulness journey in India in 2017, blending traditional practices with modern techniques to help you manage stress and enhance well-being.

Alexandra began her yoga journey a decade ago in the Middle East, her classes seamlessly blend Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. After her pregnancies, she focused on supporting pregnant women and new moms by helping them create space, maintain energy flow, and build core strength.

Borja is a passionate Hatha yoga instructor who began his journey with meditation at 17. As a mother of two, Bea discovered yoga during pregnancy and was inspired to become a mom and baby yoga instructor and coach. She helps working mums find balance and self-care, creating a nurturing space where mothers can connect with their babies while rejuvenating themselves, empowering mums to feel refreshed and connected.

Vanessa is a dedicated yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and breathwork facilitator.
