Sophie, a qualified RYT® 500 Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, is passionate about creating inclusive, judgment-free spaces where everyone can enjoy yoga. Yoga has transformed her life, helping her manage depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and she’s dedicated to sharing its benefits with others.

Anastassia, our vibrant community butterfly at Soasana, teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Breathing. She began her mindfulness journey in India in 2017, blending traditional practices with modern techniques to help you manage stress and enhance well-being.

Alexandra began her yoga journey a decade ago in the Middle East, her classes seamlessly blend Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. After her pregnancies, she focused on supporting pregnant women and new moms by helping them create space, maintain energy flow, and build core strength.

Borja is a passionate Hatha yoga instructor who began his journey with meditation at 17.  His Hatha classes focuses on building a strong Asana foundation, guiding students to connect with the present moment. Trained in the Enneagram, NLP, and Family Constellations, Borja supports personal growth holistically.

After stepping away from a dance career due to health reasons, Jill found healing and confidence through yoga. Her classes focus on self-acceptance and creating a space where everyone feels empowered. Jill's mission is to offer an inclusive, accessible environment for all, offering a space where students can grow at their own pace.

Diana is a meditation & yoga teacher passionate about happiness. She discovered the transformative power of meditation during her first Yoga TTC in 2020. After 7 years in software engineering, she learned that true happiness comes from inner peace. Diana specialises in meditation, helping deepen relaxation and enhance focus.

She has since completed certifications in yoga philosophy, physiology, and anatomy. Elena found yoga at 17 to relieve chronic back pain, igniting a passion for movement and healing. With over 14 years of teaching, she combines yoga therapy, Pilates, and mindful alignment to create grounding, strengthening classes that help students feel at home in their bodies.

Federica discovered yoga as a teenager, drawn to its ability to provide both escape and sanctuary. Now an architect, she continues to see yoga as a space for exploration and growth. Blending dynamic Vinyasa with philosophy, she guides students through mindful movement, creating a meditative and transformative practice.
